Having trouble logging in? Then try these tips:
1. You entered your username or password incorrectly. Please note: usernames and passwords are case sensitive. This means you need to enter them exactly as you set them up.
2. You can't log in. If you didn't confirm your email address, you won't be able to log into the members' area. Due to the problem with spam, this is a double optin membership, and this is a feature that has been installed for your benefit.
3. You can't retrieve your password. Did you enter the correct email address? Did you enter a valid email address? If you don't use a valid email address to sign up for your account, you can't confirm your account and won't be able to log in.
4. You upgraded from a free membership to a silver or gold membership. Now you can't log in. Sometimes the system doesn't move accounts from one membership level to another. If you have this problem, please contact Support immediately, and I will upgrade your account immediately.
